Drive 10% less

I have a suggestion for fast relief on gasoline shortage and price. Let's all drive 10%less than what we normally would. So when you think about driving some place, ask yourself: Is this trip really necessary? Could I take someone else with me who would otherwise be driving? You might call this self-rationing.
