LEADERSHIP

I believe that many organizations and groups do not function well because too many peoople are trying to run things or there is doubt as to who is in charge. Having obtained much of my organizational know-how from the Army and the Junior Chamber of Commerce, I believe that one person should be in charge and have the final say, and that the others in the group should respect that authority.

But the Leader should be in close contact with the members of the group, be aware of the concerns and problems , be open to discussions and take into account the suggestions of others.
