Clarification re voting

The 'Kansas City ballot' I referred to in yesterday's blog is the ballot distributed by 'The Kansas City Board of Election Commissioners,' which has jurisdiction over all of Kansas City, MO that is south of the Missouri River. The parts of Kansas City, MO located in the counties of Clay, Platte and Cass are in other election districts and in those districts some of the judges to be voted upon are different than those appearing on the ballot of the'Kansas City Board.'
