We have learned the hard way that the MO vehicle dept is no longer sending out a notice that your driver's license needs to be removed. After a certain time period, if you have not renewed, you have to start all over again with a written test and a driving exam. Jan spent most of two days getting a new license because she had not noticed that she was driving with an expired license.
