Recently I took some old paint, pesticides and cleaning materials to the K C MO hazardous waste disposal facility. What an ordeal ! The most hazardous part was getting there and back. Anyhow, if you need to go there, this is the way:
Call 784 2080 to make an appointment. To drive there from the southwest: Take 435 East to Front St. (last exit before you hit the MO River); west on Front to Chouteau Trfwy; north on Chouteau (maybe quarter of a mile) to Deramus St.; east on Deramus to 4707 Deramus (turn right on a street just past the big recycling center).
