OUR CHANGING WORLD.I recommend reading about the "10 ideas changing the world right now," in the March 23 issue of Time magazine. For instance, we could use the right of ways of our interstate highways to become the backbone of a new network of light rail and electrical grids. Africa is becoming a business destination. Efforts are being made to establish a national biobank. And read about "survival stores." In this issue of Time, Toyata has a four page advertisement which is very informative as to the development of the hybrid automobile and the plug-in and electric cars of the futurre. (No, I'm not on commission. You don't have to buy. We have public libraries).
