Jan's son Kent, now a dentist in Casper, WY, went pheasant hunting each year, for over 20 years, with his high school buddy Bob Stewart and Bob's father Roy Stewart. Roy died last Friday, January 30. Roy was a most talented and wonderful individual. After his service in World War II, he was one of the key employees for many years with TWA in the maintenance of aircraft. He was one of a small group of airceraft specialists that performed a very remarkable feat in recreating, in servicable condition, one of the most cherished and beloved planes, the Lockheed L1049 Super G Constellation , which is on diisplay, along with a Douglas DC-3 and a Martin 404 , at the Airline History Museum at the Kansas City Downtown A irport.
