Slower and More Rest

I am not able to walk as far and as fast as I used to. My legs feel heavy and I get tired easily. Yesterday morning I tried walking very slow, with an occasional pause. Using this technique, I found that I could walk farther without getting real tired. This is further validation of my rule that OLDER PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE SLOWER AND GET MORE REST. I think that is one secret for happiness for we older people. I believe this is the way Nature intended it.
