Partisan Politics

After watching the debate in the senate today on energy matters, I am convinced more than ever that our problems are not going to be solved in this session of congress. With the exception of a few senators, the debate all seems to be along party lines. This is disgusting! Fiddling while Rome burns! Our only hope is to get the members of the new congress to forget party lines; to really study the matter, and come up with a comprehensive plan that is in the best interests of our country.
